PaymentWorks is a secure system to input banking routing and transit numbers for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) connected to the NC State travel authorization system.

PaymentWorks Account Registration

If you indicated that you need travel assistance during the workshop registration, you should have received an invitation to complete your PaymentWorks account. If you have not, please email STEPS Administrative Assistant Jasmine Covington ([email protected]), and she will send one to you.

Direct deposit is highly recommended. Please ensure your address matches the address on your bank statement. If you request a paper check, provide the address where you currently receive mail.

Complete and submit the form to the best of your ability. NC State Accounts Payable will contact you directly if any additional details are needed. For any questions, refer to this guide to the PaymentWorks process (https://procurement.ofa.ncsu.edu/u-s-individuals/).
