Bio

Md Atiqul Islam is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at North Carolina State University. He received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) and an M.S. degree in Biological & Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University (KSU). His current research interest is focused on developing data-driven tools to facilitate lake and watershed management. In STEPS, he is working on the project Identification of priority lakes and watersheds for nutrient intervention under Theme 3.
