Clarisse Owens received an M.S. in Natural Resources from North Carolina State University in 2025 and works with the Baker Resource Economics and Sustainability Lab to support policy analysis for P sustainability. Her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan is in Organizational Studies, and her professional background in community food systems and agricultural producers drives her contributions and goals.
