From 2021, he worked at Tchico-Te school (high school teachers` training institute of Guinea-Bissau). He served as a geology lecturer, giving classes of basic geology to students majoring in biology, chemistry, and geography. His tasks included taking students on field trips to initiate them to field geology studies. He is one of the founding members of WILBA, an agricultural cooperative working with rural communities, especially farmers. The goal of the organization is to protect their interests against traders who abusively exploit them mainly in the cashew-nut trade through middlemen who drastically reduce the price to the farmers.
