Bio
Dr. Rickabaugh is an Assistant Professor in Public Administration at North Carolina State University’s School of Public and International Affairs (effective July 1, 2024). He is an expert in local government collaboration. In STEPS, his research examines collaborative governance for phosphorus sustainability. Prior to joining NC State, he was an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Appalachian State University, where he will continue to mentor undergraduates on the STEPS research project.
