Bio

Jay Capasso is a Ph.D, student working under Dr. Kelly Morgan in the University of Florida’s Soil, Water, and Ecosystem Sciences department. Jay also works as an Extension Agent for UF/IFAS Columbia County Extension and is pursuing his PhD through the University of Florida employee education program. He earned his B.S. in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University and M.S. in Soil and Water Sciences from the University of Florida. His PhD research focuses on phosphorus bioavailability in north Florida field corn and vegetable production.
