Alison Deviney is a STEPS Center postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in Biological and Agricultural Engineering, specializing in sustainable nutrient management and systems thinking. At STEPS, she works across Education & Human Resource Development and Knowledge Transfer to design and facilitate innovative learning experiences, including the Convergence Classroom and undergraduate research programs. Her work focuses on building capacity for convergence research by integrating systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and interdisciplinary skill development. She also contributes to strategic program design, science communication, and efforts to strengthen the future convergence workforce.
