Bio

Alireza Farsad comes from Iran. He is a postdoctoral scholar in Environmental Engineering at Arizona State University under the supervision of Prof. Paul Westerhoff. Alireza’s focus is on designing and synthesizing novel materials and in particular adsorbents that could be useful in phosphorus capture and recovery. He enjoys conducting research in an interdisciplinary atmosphere like what is being done in STEPS.
