Yazeed Algurainy is a PhD student in the department of Environmental Engineering at NC State. His research focuses on the removal and recovery of ions from brackish water using electrochemical techniques. He earned his master’s degree from Colorado State University and bachelor’s from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, both in civil engineering.
